• Front deck sections:
  • (6) 5” deep ribs with 3” bottom flanges, & 7” x 5/16” rub rails
• Deck platform:
  • Low profile design with deck height 5-1/2” above the truck frame with transport deck height as low as 41” when recommended chassis & tire specs are used.
  • Curved rear portion of deck provides angle approach of 25% grade with standard ramp
  • (2) heavy duty firestone air springs provide 20,000 lbs. of lifting force to rear deck
• Tie Down Points:
  • Integral key slot tie down points at perimeter & center of deck
  • Stake pockets on outer side rails are mostly on 24” centers (some are 31” and 39”) with key slots forward & rearward for securing 5/16” or 3/8” loading chain.
  • Stake pockets are designed to also accommodate up to 2-1/2” wide tie down straps
  • Center tie down key slots are aligned with stake pockets with 2-way key slots in extreme forward & rear positions, 4-way key slots in all remaining center positions.
  • 6 key slots across the extreme front & 4 key slots on rear of the deck.
  • 20ft deck has a total of 68 chain tie-down points
• Headboard:
  • High strength steel bolt-on headboard
  • Deluxe bolt-on steel headboard 56” H with screen & integrated grab handles on both sides.
  • Fabricated from A500 grade B structural tubing reinforced with 45” high x 8” wide 5/16” 50,000psi high strength low alloy plates
  • Screen is fabricated 10-gauge steel sheet with three full length 3” W stiffening bends to absorb impact
  • Storage trough with (6) chain tie down slots at base of headboard
• Loading Ramp:
  • Air operated, 3 position ramp, 102” W x 55” L
  • Safety lock is provided to secure ramp during travel
  • Ramp equipped with 1” stainless steel hinge pins, composite bearings
  • (2) heavy duty aluminum air cylinder actuators power the ramp
• No Idle System
  • Exclusive no idle system, eliminates need for idling when loading & unloading
  • 60-gallon air tank mounted on right side of frame. Powers the load/unload cycle while the engine is shut down
  • Pressure protection valve isolates the No Idle System from the trucks braking system
  • Requires chassis or auxiliary compressor
• Access Steps:
  • Fixed access steps provided on both sides of deck
  • 10 gauge formed vertical rails, 23” wide with 13 gauge tread plate steps
